(02) Studio

We sell fewer houses, and know each one well.

A curved concrete staircase

Larchfield began in 2011, when a former architecture editor sold a friend’s modernist house and realised no agent had ever described it properly.

Today the studio takes on around twenty houses a year, from post-war modernist homes to new builds by younger practices, and photographs, films and writes about each one in house.
